What is included with each styled table?
Every table is thoughtfully curated around your moodboard and event vision, complete with elevated serveware, full styling, set-up and takedown, and professional staffing for three hours of service. For an added touch of luxury, we have a list of recommend vendors to provide enhancements such as bespoke florals, elegant draping, French pastries, chocolate-dipped fruit, or custom beverage pairings.

How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. This allows time to refine your vision, coordinate with your florist, planner, and other vendors, and ensure the design of your table is perfectly aligned with the overall aesthetic and flow of your event.

Do you require a deposit to secure the date?
Yes, I require a 50% deposit at booking to secure your date. Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days, 25% of the total cost is retained to cover the planning, design, and preparation already invested in your event.

My event is out of state, how do I book with you?
Yes, I am available for out-of-state events. I kindly ask that travel and hotel accommodations are covered, and I work closely with your planner to source serveware or rentals locally. From there, I curate and style the table to reflect your vision while ensuring a seamless experience.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, nut-free)?
Yes, I can accommodate most dietary restrictions and will always take extra care, such as changing gloves and preparing items separately when possible. However, I cannot guarantee that ingredients have not been cross-contaminated, as some risks are beyond my control

Where do you source your ingredients?
I source ingredients as locally as possible, partnering with farms, cheesemakers, and artisans in our community. My goal is to eventually work exclusively with local producers. I’m deeply passionate about farm-to-table sourcing and supporting the talented makers who bring such quality to every table.

Do you offer photo styling for editorial shoots or brand activations?
Yes, I offer photo styling for editorials and brand activations. I create curated scenes and tablescapes tailored to your vision. Pricing is structured as a styling fee when food and serveware are provided, though I’m happy to be as involved as needed in sourcing and design.

How long does setup and takedown take?
I typically arrive about three hours before the event begins, as much of my work is done on-site. This allows me the time to create one-of-a-kind food displays and artful tablescapes, ensuring every detail is styled to perfection before your guests arrive.
